Your tasks:

identify relevant use cases, develop them further and prioritize them for implementation along the entire value chain

assess market potential and development costs for new products on a fact-based basis

organize and moderate workshops for idea generation and validation

Responsibilities
General:

Manage Microsoft Cloud licenses including support, maintenance, backup & recover, reporting
-
Manage Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, email forwarding, whitelisting, troubleshooting, firewall, bounces
-
Manage the company directories w/ role-based access control ensuring least-privilege principle
-
Manage Traditional IT Security incidents proactively (phishing filters) and reactively (support tickets)
-
Raise and resolve tickets (ITIL) related to hardware and software proficiently
-
Ensure Internal Technical Support for simple static web applications (sales website) manage DNS
-
Perform simple Integrations i.e., webhook to Teams channel according to business need

Maintain inventory of IT assets including hardware (laptops, IoT devices) and software licenses

Maximize device lifecycle, plan for timely upgrades, replacements or decommissioning of equipment

Implement and Administer company VPN and password manager

Office Presence
Hybrid role with occasional in-office tasks including:

Manage network & connectivity for a local office located in Berlin

Prepare laptops, desktops, and peripherals for new employees including software installation, updates, and Admin account configuration.

Decommission & offboard employees including factory resets, license revocation and applying RBAC

Manage Apple Laptops and Mobile (Android / Apple) device administration, including software distribution and troubleshooting.

Set-Up and configure network devices including printers, routers, gateways, firewall and IoT Devices

Resolve network-related issues (e.g. DNS, routing, VPN etc.) and ensure the security of the office against external threats.

Qualifications

In interdisciplinary teams, you drive the development of new digital products to solve analog problems from all kinds of industries. The focus of your projects is on industrial IoT (IIoT) applications and their use for new products and services. You'll shape the future in manufacturing and logistics and help make risks manageable.
Your tasks:

You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, functional departments and the agile developer teams

You clarify business and technical requirements in detail and translate them into User Stories for the sprint/iteration.

You prioritize the product backlog, plan requirements, and ensure the team decomposes the plan into actionable tasks

You conduct sprint reviews including relevant stakeholders and provide critical feedback to the team.

You coordinate timely releases understanding dependencies e.g. capacity, technology, third parties, which you manage together with the product management
